Shipping Information All standard personalized in-house items will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days after order is received, unless stated otherwise on the ordered item.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Please note that currently our site is set up to ship within the contiguous 48 States, however, if you are in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or an International customer, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-935-0324 and we will be able to take your order and help you with your shipping charges. These shipping charges require individual attention and will have to be special quoted. Ordering Information/Ordering by Mail You can order online through our user-friendly screens that make selecting products fast and simple. When you select "Add to Cart" the product is added to your "shopping cart" so you can make and keep track of multiple product choices. You then proceed to check-out, a simple and 100% secure process, so are completely safe knowing that your credit card and personal information are protected at all times. Once your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation which you can refer to for tracking your order. Due to the nature of personalized orders, we strongly suggest most orders be submitted in writing online.  Sample Requests For your convenience, we will be happy to send you a generic product sample of our hot foil napkins and ribbons. There is a flat charge of $5.00 per sample request which, upon request, can be subtracted off your next order. Please click on the "Need Samples" button and fill out the form. All sample requests are sent via the Post Office. Please allow normal mailing time to your area. Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog. Payment Options We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. Sales Tax Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders originating within North Carolina. No sales tax will be added to orders made from other states. Tax is charged on the entire order, including shipping and handling. Return Policy for Unprinted/Non-Personalized Products Our products are warranteed against faulty workmanship or materials. We will happily replace them if we are in error. Unprinted/Non-Personalized items must be returned unused and undamaged, within 15 days of the invoice date to receive a store credit. Before returning merchandise, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-935-0324 to obtain authorization. Returns made without ImpressMe! prior authorization will not be credited. Authorized returns of merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking charge or minimum $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. All returns must be accompanied by your return authorization number, the order number and invoice number. ImpressMe! will not be responsible for any consequential damages as a result of an error. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the product we manufactured. Shipping charges can not be credited and return shipping is the customer's responsiblity. Return Policy for Personalized Products ImpressMe! is not responsible for typographic errors. We will use our professional judgement in regards to placement of text, design, and the appropriate size and position on printed items. We cannot accept returns on personalized items. If you have a question regarding your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and have your order number for referencing. If we are in error, we will reprint and ship your order immediately at no cost to you. ImpressMe! is not responsible for any consequential damages as a result of an error. Our liability is specifically limited to the value of the personalized product we manufactured. Shipping charges can not be credited and return shipping is the customer's responsiblity. Cancellations, Changes, Corrections, Additions Cancellations, Changes, Corrections, Additions to Orders, etc., cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted online, phoned or faxed in to us. You may call our Customer Service Department with your request and we will try our best to accomodate you. For cancelled or corrected orders that have been partially or totally completed, you will be charged for the portion already printed. Custom Artwork Yes, we are able to reproduce custom artwork on a variety of our products. Artwork must be submitted via email, or you can mail it to us. Artwork must be either a .asi or .psi format, and must be good quality black and white for reproduction. Custom plate charges of $25.00 would apply per size desired.
